We have two corporate event that we are preparing the entertainment proposal for the first one in Qatar, celebrating the xxth anniversary of a company requires a 30min show, that will preformed on two days the 26th and 27th of May. The first day is for 500 guests, the second day for 700 guests. The second event is the ?Arab consumer and brand protection forum? in Saudi Arabia, on the 18th of October until the 21st of October, the total guests are 1,000 this one has to be all male performers, on the 18th the official opening ceremony night with an Arabian night dinner with an entertainment program for 30min, on the 19th a gala dinner with breath taking entertainment for 30min, on the 20th a 30min show after dinner, on the 21st closing ceremony show for 20min. on the 3 days we need during the lunch break, soft entertainment. I need to have your rates for the available shows, the shows should not use many performers to keep the cost down, I am after quality of the shows.
