Completely portable, we are the best area professionals bringing live standup comedy shows to your bar, hotel, school or business event, charity fundraiser/benefit or even your own home for a "house party". We bring everything directly to you: Comics, Stage, Spotlight, Sound System, Signage, and even a fake Brick Wall Backdrop:-).
We do one-time private events as well as recurring weekly/ monthly public shows. Our shows can range from G to R-rating. We bring some of the best local DC-area comics to your door in an entirely "quick-set-up and quick-break-down" show.

So...what makes StandUpComedyToGo different from other comedy bookers?

When you hire a comedian for your private event , most bookers simply dispatch a comic to your event expecting you to provide the stage, sound system & spotlight. At StandupComedyToGo "It's all in the delivery". We provide the comic *and* all that equipment, as much or as little as you need. You make only 1 phone call instead of 2 or 3. We also provide necessary signage and Headshot photos of the comics performing at your event as well as a faux brick wall backdrop to make it feel more like a real "comedy club" show.
